PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL
QUALIFICATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
Experience
encompasses all phases of insurance company operations. In all executive positions,
was responsible directly for the development, institution and oversight of
departmental or company-wide basic objectives, policies and operational plans.
Drafted and submitted annually to the Boards of Directors for the various
companies, Comprehensive Profit Plans for all company divisions.
Instituted
internal procedural policies at Sooner Life which resulted in less than ten
contested claims over a twenty-two year period of time. Employed and
exercised management oversight on all outside counsel. Provided advice and
counsel in various lawsuits on issues involving acquisitions, breach of
contract and bad faith.
Inventor
of an insurance concept so unique it was granted a Patent by the United States
Patent Office and authored many articles for industry publications about its
merits.
This new insurance product, a reversionary annuity is marketed as: The Family
Income Legacy, The Precise Income Provider, The Living Income Provider, The
Stewardship Annuity and The Stewatrdship Life Income Plan.
Member of
Claims and Underwriting Committees for all Century Companies and for First
Oklahoma Life Insurance Company from November 1990 to present. Member of Claims
and Underwriting Committees for Sooner Life from February 1968 until November
1989.
Former President
of Oklahoma Association of Life Insurance Companies from January 1994 to
January 1995. Former Vice President January 1993 to January 1994. The
purpose of this Association is to liaison with state and national regulatory
entities in all matters impacting the life insurance industry.
During the period
1980 to 1988, increased Sooner LIfe froma company licensed in ten states to
thirty-nine states. Planned and formed two Life insurance company
affiliated with Sooner Life, Sooner State Life Insurance Company and Southwest
Financial Life Insurnace Company.
Former
Director/Member of the Executive Committees of Sooner Life and its two
subsidiaries. Member of the Consumer Credit Insurance Association, the
Inter-Company Marketing Alliance.
Involved
in the drafting and editing of administrative, underwriting and claims manuals for Security Benefit Life
Insurance Company, Sooner Life and The Century Companies.
Attended
and completed the requirements of a comprehensive Management Development
Course, Oklahoma State University, 1979. Successfully completed numerous LUTC
and LOMA courses, industry seminars and company sponsored educational programs.
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
1/98 to 5/04 President of the Century Management Company. Directing the staff and activities of Century Management Company, a multi-state Third Party Administrator, (TPA) and National Marketing Organization for the benefit of client companies.

Executive Vice President and Director of The Century Companies; Century
Holdings, Inc., Century Management Company, Century Life Assurance Company,
Century Property & Casualty Company, and Century Producers Life Insurance
Company; and Secretary to First Oklahoma Life Insurance Company.
Responsible for
the day-to-day operations of each of The Century Companies, including claims,
marketing, accounting, premium processing, underwriting, evaluation and policy
issue. Negotiate and exercise management oversight over reinsurance
relationships and joint venture projects. Liaison with regulators and outside
contractors, including legal counsel, consultants and consulting actuaries.
Supervise approximately 35 full-time employees.

Executive Vice President of Life Assurance Company of Pennsylvania. ("Life Assurance"). Employed
specifically to direct the rehabilitation of an affiliated warranty company.
Performed essentially the same duties as with The Century Companies. The
negative cash flow situation of the company was reversed in a one year period.

Shortly after the Sooner Life Insurance Company ("Sooner Life") acquisition by USLIFE
CORPORATION ("USLIFE"), was elected to the
position of President and CEO of Sooner Life. Was also appointed to the Board
of Directors and became Chairman of the Executive Committee. In January
of 1987 was given the additional title and concomitant duties of Senior
Marketing Officer. In addition to the performance of duties similar to those
performed for The Century Companies, assumed direct responsibility for the
marketing direction of Sooner Life, supervising over 100 staff.
("USLIFE"), was elected to the
position of President and CEO of Sooner Life. Was also appointed to the Board
of Directors and became Chairman of the Executive Committee. In January of 1987

Begin association with Sooner Life as Chief Home Office Underwriter Ordinary
Life Administration. July 1972 elected to the Board of Directors as
Secretary/Treasurer and in March 1977 became Chief Administrative Officer
(CAO). Employed as CAO until February 1980 when USLIFE acquired Sooner Life.
Duties performed were the same as those performed for Sooner Life after it was
acquired by USLIFE and for The Century Companies.

1939 in Frankfort, Kansas. Educated in the Frankfort elementary and secondary
school system. Business Administration Major, Attending Kansas State
University, 1957/1962. Married May 1961, two children.

Oklahoma City Advisory Board for the Salvation Army. Active in leadership roles
with other church and civic organizations.
Vinetta L. DeCamp, Associate
Mrs. DeCamp, an
associate, has over 30 years experience in the business of insurance primarily
in the areas of administration and compliance.
