Mr. Potter has over 40 years experience in the business of insurance, most notably as the President of Century Management Company, a National Marketing Organization and Third Party Administrator, President and CEO of Sooner Life Insurance Company, a USLIFE Subsidiary and as the Executive Vice President of The Century Companies.

PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Experience encompasses all phases of insurance company operations. In all executive positions, was responsible directly for the development, institution and oversight of departmental or company-wide basic objectives, policies and operational plans.

Instituted unique internal controls for Sooner Life Insurance Company, which during his twenty-two year tenure resulted in less than ten contested life & disability claims. All contested claims were defended successfully.

Invented a life insurance concept so unique it was granted a Patent by the United States Patent Office and authored several articles for industry publications about its merits.

President of the Oklahoma Association of Life Insurance Companies from January 1994 to January 1995. Vice President of the organization from January 1993 to January 1994.   The purpose of this Association is to liaison with state and national regulatory entities in all matters impacting the life insurance industry.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
5/04 to Present: President of Potter Marketing, dba, a National Marketing Organization formed to support the distribution of the Reversionary Annuity on a national basis. The NMO’s focus is upon agent, GA, IMO & Private Label Company recruitment.

1/98 to 5/04: President of the Century Management Company. Directing the staff and activities of Century Management Company, a multi-state Third Party Administrator, (TPA) and National Marketing Organization for the benefit of its client companies.

11/90 to 1/98: Executive Vice President and Director of the ( 5 ) Century Companies where he was responsible for their day-to-day operations.. Negotiated and exercise oversight over reinsurance relationships and joint venture projects. Duties included, liaison with regulators and outside contractors, legal counsel, and consulting actuaries.

11/89 to 11/90: Executive Vice President of Life Assurance Company of Pennsylvania. Employed specifically to direct the rehabilitation of an affiliated warranty company. The negative cash flow was reversed in a one-year period.

5/80 to 11/89: Shortly after the Sooner Life Insurance Company acquisition by USLIFE CORPORATION, was elected to the position of President and CEO. Was also appointed to the Board of Directors and became Chairman of the Executive Committee.  In January 1987 was given the concomitant duties of Senior Marketing Officer.

6/68 to 5/80:  Begin his association with Sooner Life as Chief Home Office Underwriter. July 1972 elected to the Board of Directors as Secretary/Treasurer and in March 1977 became Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Employed as CAO until February 1980 when USLIFE acquired Sooner Life.

8/65 to 6/68: Home Office Underwriter for Security Benefit Life Association. Associated initially with the direct business division, then subsequently with the reinsurance division.

6/62 to 8/65: Debit Agent for the Prudential Insurance Company of America, territory included Topeka, Kansas.

BIOGRAPHICAL DATA
Born on February 27, 1939, in Frankfort, Kansas. Educated in the Frankfort elementary and secondary school system. A Business Administration Major, attending Kansas State University, 1957/1962.
